Since the spring of 2022, we have been providing comprehensive waterproofing services for a commercial building near the intersection of Hwy 7 and Edgeley Blvd. in Vaughan. The building management, satisfied with our previous work, recently reached out to us again to address a 22-linear-foot crack on one of their parking garage ramps. The crack posed a potential risk of water infiltration and further deterioration, making prompt and effective repair essential. Once the area was thoroughly prepared, an industrial-strength adhesive was applied to bond the repair materials securely to the existing concrete. Next, we applied a polyurea-based waterproofing membrane over the crack, providing a robust barrier against water infiltration. To complete the repair and ensure a full seal, we applied black Dymonic caulking over the membrane, enhancing the waterproofing.
